I am filling form I-765 (work authorization) with Newark office of INS. The
instructions of the form ask to file Form I-765 Signature Card allong with I-765. Do
I need to file it or it is not necessary because I will have to fill it out at the
interview anyway? If I do, where can I get one (can I get it over the Internet)?

Thanks,

Michael

If you file an I-765 at an INS district office, you do not need to include the
signature card. The reason for this is that you will get an appointment to have your
card produced. This appointment is not an interview; it is a simple appointment to
have your picture taken, your right index fingerprint and signature taken, and your
EAD produced.
