Withdraw a pending H1 visa application
Hi,
About 4 weeks ago I started working for a company, which sponsored me
for an H1 visa. I just received an offer from another company, and I
would like to accept it, since it's a better choice for my career. Is
it possible for my existing employer to simply withdraw a pending H1
visa application? Would I run into any problems with INS by accepting
another offer? I am wiling to reimburse my current employer for all
legal and filing fees. If anyone went through a similar experience,
please give me your feedback.
Thanks a lot.

You can make the switch. Make sure your new H-1 is sent in before the other
one is withdrawn though...
