Wife's H4 visa
Hi, I have a few questions about the H4 visa. I am in US on H1B visa and my H1B is
expiring in on 31st Dec 2002. My company will be applying for an extension in a few
months. Now I am getting married in Nov. Since my wife will be getting her H4 against
my existing H1 (since I don't think the extension will come by then). So her H4 will
be valid till Dec 31st only. So will she have to file for an extension immediately
after she comes to US?
I would be grateful if anyone could answer my questions.
