From what I understand (which is not a lot), once an I-130 Petition is approved it doesn't expire but can be revoked. Is this right?

Also if an AOS I-485 has been rejected is this reason for the I-130 to be revoked?

It all depends, you did not provide enough information as to the type of petition, the reason it was revoked, etc. There is a section of the CFR 8 that deals with automatic revocations (sp):

I filed for AOS which was rejected due to me not supplying further information. The I-130 petition however was approved and has not been revoked. I was just wondering what would cause it to be revoked and if my I-485 AOS application being rejected could cause it to be revoked.
