My husband's adjustment of status papers were filed in the Ballston, VA, USCIS office. Do they process the forms there, or are they sent to the VSC? I just wanted to ask so I know where to check the timelines.

They are processed there and you would check that office's timelines. All
EAD pickups will be there; AP documents are mailed from there but they'll
schedule the fingerprinting through one of the ASCs.

Are AP's mailed to the recipent once they are approved? Since we received same day AP due to family emergency I wasn't sure what the process is for the renewal of it.

Historically, Arlington have always mailed APs and I haven't seen any posts
to say they've stopped doing this.
