When does 90 days begin for EAD , also I need SS#

At the NYC local INS, my US Citizen wife filed I-130, 1-485 (Medical and Aff of
Support also) and I-765 (EAD).

When does the 90 days for EAD begin (90 days after mailing or after INS sends
receipt,90 days after I-130 approval ?????)

How quickly is I-130 approved ???

How soon am I eligible to apply for a Social Security Number???.

It's 90 days after the date on your receipt.

You can apply for a SSN as soon as you get your EAD, not before (unless you are on
some other type of visa that allows you to have a SSN).
