What to take to interview
Hi all, been lurking on the forum and soaking up all the info for some time now however as its coming down to crunch time the nerves are kicking and although a search has brought up several threads on interview experiences, for peace of mind I wanted to double check which docs are required etc.
My wife and I have our interview scheduled on the 8th Aug at 8am, I am applying for L1A and my wife is applying for L2 at the same time.
So far I have a folder consisting of the following:
I-797B Approval notice
I-129 Petition
DS-160 Confirmation x2
Interview confirmation and MRV receipt x2
Passports x2
Marriage Certificate
Do you think there's anything I have missed? Are there any further docs/pieces of evidence you would recommend taking as well?
Thanks in advance for your help

Re: What to take to interview
We just had our L1A/L2 interview this week, in terms of what we had to show (and surrender):
Petition approval
Passports
DS-160 confirmation
MRV receipt
We didn't even have to show our marriage certificate in the end. I did also take the following, figured it would be best to be over prepared:
Marriage cert
Petition
Original employment contract
Relocation aggrement
New employment contract
Payslips since starting this employment
Degree certificate
Birth certificates
My 2nd British passport
I expect others with more knowledge will jump in, and just be aware my experience above is a single example and perhaps not representative.

Re: What to take to interview
Hi Dexter thanks very much for taking the time to respond.
I'm pleased to say that we were approved and the documents requested were exactly the same as for your own case, however we were asked to show our Marriage Cert.
Flights are booked for the 20th August, not long to go now!
