what priority category would my girlfriend be in 2a or 2b?
I have a question of my girlfriends priority category. She is 19 years
old and is living with her mom and dad on a v-visa. Her dad is a GC
holder and mom is a v visa also I believe. Her priority date is dec97,
and is from nigeria. Would she be in the 2a or 2b priority category?

Until she turns 21, she would be in 2A category. After that age, she would
automatically convert to 2B.
If she gets married, she would cease to be either and lose her priority
date.
