Another little update.
Our City Attorney had a word with our Congresswoman's Deputy District Director yesterday. I phoned her this morning (on her cell, no less), sent the relevant bits and pieces this morning, so they're on the case.

I've just found the fee schedule on CIS website and, yup, we paid the right fee.
