Ways to expedite name check?
I filed my I-485 in Nov 2002 and am waiting approval. USCIS Vermont
Service Center has informed me that they are waiting for name check.
This seems to be a never ending loop. How can I expedite this? Thanks,

You can call the FBI agency doing the name check to see if they are
done, however, short of a congressional inquery it can not be
expedited. That said, contact yoru congressman about this! It can
help. :-)
