Waiting on AOS Hearing
My wife's Form I-688B Employment Authorization card expires
mid-February. It has been 13 Months since we filed the Adjustment of
status paperwork. Other getting the Employment Auth card last Feb, we
haven't heard from the INS.
Should we be concerned?
What do we need to get this expiration date extended?
We filed at the Orlando INS office.

Re: Waiting on AOS Hearing
Did they give you a time estimate when you filed? The current AILA estimate
for Orlando is 550 days so you've got a while before you need to be
concerned.
You should have filed a while back for the EAD renewal. File ASAP; the
estimate is 90 days for the EAD and so she'll be without a valid one for a
while. Whether that is a problem or not depends, a lot, on her employer.
