VWP or H-2A?
Hello all,
Firstly, I have searched for information on the H-2A visa but there doesn't seem to be a lot of useful information. My apologies if I've missed anything.
I'm planning on taking up an internship in the US as a horse trainer. The position provides room and board, and a (very small) weekly stipend.
Is this something I could do on the VWP? Or would I have to get my employer to apply for the H-2A (which I assume is the correct visa, Temporay Agricultural Worker, I may be wrong or there may be another alternative?)
It's a bit of a grey area and left me a little confused.
Thanks in advance,
S.

I would be very surprised if this fell under the activities allowed on the VWP, especially if you are getting paid
