Congrats! Though I am so jealous of all those going through VSC, sounds like they have it a bit more together than NSC! Really wish I'd stayed in NY a little longer before moving to Indiana!

Our first NOA is only one week after yours, so who knows -- maybe a Christmas present from the INS?!? (Of course, this means I really need to get off my duff and get my I-134 in order! lol)
That's wonderful news.... Keep us posted on futher developments!!

Congrats!!!!
I would suggest you go to http://www.davehollis.com/k1/list.php and add your timeline to the list of hunders others. This would help those who does not read this board.
My VSC NOA1 was Sept24 and I am still waiting for NOA2. Hopefully something will change this week.
Good luck with the rest of the process!!!

Speaking of 1-130, do i have to have tax returns? i read somewhere that they are necessary only if you're self employed. i have a letter from my employer from august (i guess i'll need a more recent one?) three years of w2s and as many pay stubs as you could ask for for the past 7 years.
i don't have copies of tax returns though, filed online and would rather not have to go into the federal building in boston if its not necessary. of course i can file immediately when i get my w2 this year and keep a copy.
its more important the HE get off HIS duff and send in the provisional file.. and his long form birth certificate. its sooooo difficult to be a pushy broad with an ocean between us!!!
lol

Boo Hoo, I am pleased you got your NOA2 from VSC, however I had my NOA1 on Oct 17 and still no NOA2. Oh well it could be Nebraska, then i would have real reason to be unhappy.
Good luck on your K1 interview, London ?, let us know when it is and how you get on,
Rob
