I am hoping that people will post actual experiences of how long it
took VSC to take action after receiving the response to a RFE for a
I485 AOS.

If possible, please post:

1. Date rsponse was submitted/received
2. Nature of RFE
3. Date VSC took next action on the case
4. What the action was (e.g., Additional RFE, Granted, Denied, etc.)

I am aware that there is no guarantee and that timeframes vary wildly,
so please refrain from responding with an explanation of how they vary
or a link to the various sites where I can see the reports.

I believe actual case information is valuable and is way better than
the estimates or processing reports that BCIS produces.

The info on my case is:

AOS received by VSC 12/31/01 (Employment based application)
RFE Issued: 5/12/03 (Employment verification letter, tax returns)
RFE Response received: 6/25/03
Next VSC Action: ???
