Visitor Visa expiration question
My dad's visitor visa is expiring on June30th 2007. Does this mean he can
visit U.S and should leave by June 30th 2007, or does it mean that he can
enter U.S before June 30th 2007 and may leave after June 30th?
In other words, for example, can he enter U.S on June 29th 2007 and leave
after 2 weeks without violating any laws?

He can use his visa to apply to enter the U.S. on any day up to its
expiry. How long he is allowed to stay will be determined (as always)
by the Border Protection officer, but shouldn't be related to when the
visa expires.
