I'm not entirely sure how to word this. My husband filed an I-130 to the TSC. It was recieved May 3, and the notice date was for May 6. He then sent the I-129F to Chicago, and it was recieved June 2. However they only sent us the Notice of Receipt for July 15, and we haven't heard a peep since.
So, I haven't seen my husband since he left in April to start this farce of a process. So with no timely end in sight, I would love to see him again, and was just wondering what the likelihood that the border will let me across for a visit is.

Actually I guess what I'm wondering even more is that if they refuse me, will that cause problems for our K3 petition?
