Default Visa Waiver Program

Hello,

I have recently booked a trip to the usa for 90 days under the VWP for the 1st November 2007 to january 30th 2008

I have been twice all ready, My first trip was last summer from july 25th to August 31st then two months later from November 1st 06 to January 31st 07

I did not go over my days and i was just wondering if they will have a problem with me flying again. I am flying from dublin, ireland and someone told me they do the checks there.

.
Thats 91 days surely
Always best to book around 87 day to allow for delays ..

repeated visits will increase your chances of a refusal to enter ...
time will tell

Yes, Dublin is a PreFlight Inspection (PFI) station and you will clear US immigration (or not) there.
Be prepared with a reasonable answer about why you're going back again for such a long stretch, bearing in mind that the average American gets 2 weeks of vacation time per year.

You need to satisfy them that you will return home as promised.
