Default visa sponsor financial requirement/poverty line figures for 2011

hello
as these are the figures that a sponsor needs to earn,
can someone confirm that this information is correct and not some dodgy visa website.
I have seen these figures in more than one place

http://www.fiancee-visa.info/fiancee...uirements.html

Thanks.

The only official place to get this information is from www.uscis.gov.

Here is the link to the I-864P: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Indeed. That's why you should only be looking at www.uscis.gov.

I see that the Lolly law firm link is accurate as to the poverty levels. It is also accurate as to what is needed if the petitioning relative is in the US military.

<sigh> It is particularly irritating to see a firm hold itself out as exclusive specialists and get the basic information ... misleading, at best.

....Wow, did you read that email exchange over the K-3?
