Default Visa for parents

Is there a way for my parents to emmigrate to the USA? We hold green cards. Is there any (affordable) medical insurance available to them (65 &79 yrs old)? Does NHS cover anything if they can get a visa?

You have to be US citizens in order to be eligible to file for your parents' immigrant visas.

For other ways they can come to the USA, on their own merit, check this article to see what they might qualify for:

i dont think there is such a thing as reasonable health insurance for the seniors. There are so many seniors working out here to obtain free cover through their employers that they couldnt really afford any other way.

Affordable means different things to different people, what did you have in mind.

EB5 comes to mind, but a big ask to move at their age.

Wouldn't they be covered by Medicare, as LPR's?

Not sure they intend working 40 quarters.

If they are over retirement age (65 for this purpose, I think) then they qualify after 5 years residence, without working. But they need to find cover for that five year period; at least, I believe that's the position.

Immaterial I guess, OP has not returned.

But looks like they would be approaching 70 for one and 80 something for the other.

Hopefully they are loaded.
