Visa Fee?
If the $335 visa fee has been paid in the US, are they likely to still ask for the $45 "security enhancement surcharge" at the London interview?
Also, has anyone a rough idea of the cost of a cab from Victoria coach station to the "Bryanston Court hotel"? which itself is about a 10 minute walk from the embassy?...Thanks.
