Why do you ask? Are you the U.S. Citizen ex or soon to be ex-spouse of a person granted an approved I-360, or are you the I-360 petitioner?

i have the approved petition which is taking too long to be adjusted, so i thought they could revoke it for any raison.

i really appreciate your help on this matter.
I am also planning to travel soon with an Advance Parole, would that be a problem to me when i return to the US?

vawa:violance against women act.
it protect battered immigrant spouses (men or women).
