valid i94 but e2 visa expiring
Hello I have lost my job under an e2 visa, mi 94 is valid until 2010 and i want to stay in the us to find another job.
If I apply to a j1 sponsorship will i be consider legal ?
How long can I stay in the US with my i94 ?
