Kitty
Are you moving from the US to the UK or the other way round?
If you are moving to the US and are filing form I-693 for adjustment of status to a permanent resident then:

Re: vaccinations
You know... I got my vaccinations done while I was having my medical
at Dr Phelans in London for the interview. (You could have opted to get
the vacs done at a later date), but I thought I'd just get it all done
at one time.
But, nowhere through the whole process (K1-> Natz) has anyone ever
asked for any proof that I was vaccinated. It wasn't used at the Embassy,
and Dr Phelan didn't have any notice that I got them done.
Has anyone here ever had to show their vac. certificate?
I could have saved myself £45 for the shots. :-)

I asked from where to where because the link I sent you relates to the vaccinations and blood tests that immigrants are required to have in order for conditional permanent residency to be granted (ie a 2 year green card)
