USCIS new processing times
With USCIS having updated their processing times recently, has anyone experienced processing times within these timeframes?
USCIS Vermont service center says 1.5 -3.5 months for the L1 individual petitions yet it's been 3.5 months now and my L1B individual case is still pending..

Re: USCIS new processing times
My case is still pending from USCIS - it's been 4 months now since submission, past the 3.5 months mark as noted on the USCIS visa processing website. Lawyer said we should have heard by now and will inquire. Not sure if this is a bad sign or not?

It's neither a bad sign nor a good sign. It simply means it hasn't risen to the top of the pile yet in all likelihood.
All processing times are are 3.5 months to get to the point in the pile where it's looked at, and then maybe a day or 2 to approve.

Re: USCIS new processing times
Update on my visa journey - turns out my visa was processed by the California Service center - after 5 months of waiting, we received a RFE for further information on my specialised knowledge which we are working on with the lawyer to provide and respond to.
The Case Status online option on USCIS doesn't seem to get updated, it was still showing case received rather than RFE issued..
