USA visa waiver question. HELP!
I am Australian with a US visa question
Have been in US for 89 days of my 90 day visa. I will be departing the US for Argentina before my visa waiver expires. I will be traveling to Argentina for 1 month and then returning to the US for 8 days before catching a flight from LA back home to Australia (this could change, but will not mention it to officer as there is no need to).
Will I have any trouble returning to the US considering I have recently been in the US nearly 90 days? How often do they not give you the full 90 visa waiver, but instead give you the amount of days you say you're going to be there?

Re: USA visa waiver question. HELP!
You always get the full 90 days on each visit.
My guess is that since you will have proof of your return flight back to Australia, you should be OK.

What Rene said. ..... Except that you don't "always get the full 90" if you haven't left "continental North America".
Argentina is far enough away to "reset the clock" (unlike Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean).

Re: USA visa waiver question. HELP!
They only give less than 90 when the passport isn't valid for the full 90 or when admitting for the remainder following a departure to contiguous territory or an adjacent island as another post mentioned.
