Hi! Guys,
My husband would like to petition my 17 yrs old back home. Can anyone help me, what are the paper work my child will submit to the US Consulate on her interview? Thanks a lot in advance!

Unless you can in on a K-1 or K-3 and it was less than a year from now, your child would have to come through an approved I-130 and subsequent US Consulate interview. Your spouse will have to file an I-130 at the service center for his jurisdiction.
