Hi Guys,
I just had my US B1 Visa multiple entry valid for 1 year, but it has annotation "To Guam Visiting Company A on behalf of my Company"
my question is can is still use the same visa to travel to other US destination later but not on Company A on Guam?
Thank you in advance for your effort to help.

The annotation is strictly informational, and as long as it is a multiple
entry visa, you can use it to visit any place in the USA. You may be asked
about it the next time you arrive, but can then tell the immigration
officer that you did visit company A on a previous trip, and this time you
are going to visit company B.
A few notes:
- - Some visas are restricted to Guam (beautiful place, by the way!) only and
don't allow you to travel to the mainland. So make sure that it doesn't say
something like "restricted to Guam" or some similar wording.
- - You are saying that it is a B-1 visa. Most B-1s are actually issued as
combination B-1/B-2. Since you have the annotation on it, yours might be a
"pure" B-1. That means that you cannot use it as a tourist visa, but only
as a business visitor visa. So answering "on this trip, I'm planning to
visit Disneyland" is not acceptable. It is acceptable to do a combined
business/pleasure trip with a B-1 visa.

it's a multiple 1 entries for 1 year, and yes purely B1.
what puzzled me is this....
I emailed the issuing embassy similar questions above and this is their reply...
"The visa is limited to Guam only for the specified purpose. For a different purpose, you need to apply for a new visa. Pay a new fee and book a new interview appointment."
Communications Team
Nonimmigrant Visa
they're saying that i'm confined to the annotation, and that annotation overuled the visa itself.... and i cannot use it for other purpose, they even advice me to apply for new one for different purpose... i think it's ilogical since i got a valid US multple entry visa.
this issue is getting confusing =(

However, they may have a big problem at the POE because they may believe you lied on the visa application and the interview. You may have to prove that you didn't or they can order you removed at entry. They may call the consulate to check. The consulate could actually revoke the visa over the phone in some cases.
