Urgent, F1 help
Hi,
i have recently applied for an F1 visa (as posted on the 4th november)
- i wentto an attorney tday and realised that if i got denied for my
F1 visa theni cannot apply for it again.... and if i went tothe USA on
a waiver it would be hard for me to enter without evidence of ties to
the UK (wage slips etc). There i am contemplating whether to just
transfer my education back to the UK as i have only 1 year left... i
am thinking this because i already have 2 refusal stamps in my
passport (221(g)) and as i have my sister and and children in the US -
i do not want it to become hard for me t see them in the future if i
get denied.
what shall i do? shall i go for the interview and face possible denial
at port of entry in the US in the future?
or shall i transfer all my education back to a university in the UK
and finish my final year here? if i did this would i get stopped in US
port of entry when visiting on a waiver - as they will see my 2 stamps
of refusal (221(g)) in my passport?
please get back to me.... iam very confused
thank you

You have nothing to lose in the interview. Denial of admission is always a
possibility, whether or not you go for the interview.
