UK medical: do I need vaccination record?
I am hoping to get my interview date from the London embassy soon and I was
wondering, do I need to take a vaccination record to the medical examination?
If I do need one, do I just ask for a letter from my doctor or is there a
standard form? And is there a charge? Any info would be helpful....
Thank you!

I just got my doctor to print off my vaccination record. No headed paper, but it does have my NHS number and an EMIS number whatever that is.
