for U.S.A.

i am a graduate from India, Delhi University B.SC computer science. i
want to pursue some course, to think of couple: Computer science ,
Fine Arts or alike which can help me in my career. My problem is i can
not locate exact specifications for the same, in other words what
could be the requirements for the same. i wish to be in Some
university in Arizona .would i able to work too at the same time.

I'm not an expert on this but my experience is that the different institutions have their own academic requirements - the best route is to identify those you are interested in online then send them an email with details of your qualifications and the course you want to take.

The visa issue and the working part is a whole different matter - hopefully someone else will be able to help you with those details.
