TSC I-751 APPROVED: Filed 10/10/02 Approved Date: 03/25/03
GOOD NEWS TSC I-751 SUFFERERS:
I am one of those I-751 applicants who filed I-751 at TSC on 10/10/02 and
who never received the g/c extension letter, then got caught up in the
infamous TSC slowdown.
In today's mail I received the APPROVAL letter, it states date of decision
3/25/03 and the letter was postmarked 3/31/03. The letters for my kids also
arrived.
The letter states to go to INS office with passport and 3 ADIT photos (it
does state of same type as conditional gc and includes the old 3/4 view ADIT
spec sheet so they haven't yet changed here to front view photos but I think
we will take both just in case).
Good luck to others in the same boat - TSC is DEFINITELY PROCESSING I-751s
