TSC- I-130/IR inordinate delay-- what can be done
The processing date for TSC I-130 Immediate relative is stuck
at 6/8/2001 for ever almost since Dcember 2002. Most of he
other service centers are processing such cases within 6 to 9 months.
Would everyone please write a letter to their congressman and senators
requesting for help so TSC considers expediting such applicatins.
It's difficult to understand why there should be such a significant
difference in processing time between TSC and other service centers.
If TSC is overloaded, something needs to be done like more resource and
fund allocation so the processing time is uniform across all service ceners.
