Travelling while waiting for the I-130
Probably should've checked this out beforehand...
Are we ok to travel to the US while waiting for the I-130? We just did DCF for the I-130 (I'm USC and hubby is UKC). Based on current processing times our I-130 should be approved (as long as all goes according to plan of course) at the end of July and we'll be travelling/in the US at that time for a hols. Are we ok? Don't really see a reason why we wouldn't be as my hubby and I still have our passports.
Thanks for the advice.

You are allowed to visit the US. It is worth have proof that you intend to return to the UK at the end of the trip though, in case you are asked.
Also, we have a US marriage based forum, I've moved your thread here, it might be worth having a look around at this part of the forum and posting your immigration questions in this part of the forum rather than the main US forum.

Thanks Bob. Sound advice. And thanks for moving the thread. I'm still unsure of where to post certain questions so I appreciate you moving them to where they belong.
