Hey folks!

I got my green card through employment about a year ago. Since then my passport has
expired. I got a new passport but due to unknown to me circumstances (or pretty much
just to be a pain in the rear end), folks back in my home country decided that my
last night should be spelled differently. Nothing major, from Loguinov (french
spelling) to Loginov (english spelling). The problem is that my on my green card, the
name is spelled the old way. Thus, I have two question.

1. Can I use a travel document instead of my passport or do they have to be
used together?

2. How much of a problem would that one letter "u" be?

Thanks a lot!

K

Well, not sure if this message is directed to me, but as you can see my name is
Konstantin, and I indeed used to be pretty good e-buddies with Karina Hobdel from New
Zealand about 3-4 years ago. Not sure if that person is you (and if the person you
are looking for is me), but if you want, reply to [email protected] . Stranger
things have happened in this world, maybe you are indeed Karina I'm talking about
