Tokyo DCF experiences?
Anyone with recent experience filing a DCF (direct consular filing) at the
Tokyo, Japan embassy, please check in! My Japanese fiancee and I (US
citizen) are thinking of doing it rather than wait out our I-129F
application at the Nebraska Service Center (first NOA was 10/23/02). If we
did a DCF before 12/25/02 would that get her to the USA faster than waiting
on the I-129F?
