Time from London embassy interview to getting docs?
Hi,
I am in the middle of an L1A application (and just had a lovely RFE to respond to!). However, my question is how long from the embassy interview will I get the documents in my hand?
Due to the RFE delays I'm planning a trip anyway on a normal ESTA visa waiver in order to hold some meetings to get business things moving, and returning in a few weeks for the consular appointment (making a presumption we will hear shortly on the visa situation and the timings will work). How many days should I plan to hang around in the UK after the appointment to get my passport and docs in hand to fly back out?

Hi. Yes it is an individual petition. The RFE flagged 8 days in to the 15 day premium processing period. Evidence due to be submitted this week and 15 day clock starts afresh.
