'kin 'ell, mate. An internet forum is like a pub: almost anyone's free to drop by, but people that go there a lot know something of each other. So if you burst into a pub and shout "who's a brit realtor not in florida dont mess me about", two things are gonna happen: firstly, it's going to take people a minute to work out WTF you are talking about, and secondly, people are going to want to know why you want to know before they start volunteering information.

If, on the other hand, you came in and said "hello, everyone, I'm called Sam, and I am a realtor in Naples, FL, and I'm interesting in networking/comparing notes with like-minded people", you might get a better reaction.

I notice that you`re located in Kentucky we`re taking our first family holiday since arriving here in 2007 this summer, could you reccommend somewhere in the mountains/lakes canoeing fishing bike trails etc
that would also take our 2 goldens we brought with us.

Most of Kentucky is fairly level, but the eastern counties are part of the Appalachian Mountains. Correct pronunciation: a-pa-latch-in. Incorrect pronunciation: a-pa-lay-shun.

I'm not too familiar with the coal fields (= major industry) in the southeast part of the state (where the mountains are), but up closer to where I am, there's Greenbo Lake!
