Default Tax Returns And Citizenship

Hi my mom will go for her citizenship exam in a few days. Does anybody know
if she will have to present any tax related documents from the United States
? She never worked here and never filed any taxes... I will really
appreciate your reply ? Thank you very much !

I dont' know for sure if they will ask her or not but just to be on the safe side, alot of people are taking their tax papers with them. I know it is a very important factor and they make sure that you file your taxes. Can you please post the time line and where she filed??
Thanks

Hi Sarina, here is the timeline:

Filed for citizenship (n400) by the end of Dec
Fingerprinted in April
Interview in late July

This was in the Dallas location. I was able get a letter from the IRS
stating that there are no back taxes for my mom. Its kinda funny though when
u call them, every single agent u speak to has a different answer to the
same question.
