Default Start new company in US to sponsor H1B visa

Has anyone started a company in the US in order to sponsor their own H1B visa. Thinking of doing this and any information on the pros and cons would be very much appreciated. I'm an IT professional who spent 2 years in the US on an H1B visa through an employer but when I got laid off I came back to UK. Now looking to go back to US but there aren't many companies sponsoring out there.

I started my own company and was able to sponsor my own H-1b. I hired
Deborah Weber, an attorney from americanh1b.com, and she did the petition
for me. I didn't totally believe it could be done, however, she actually
got the visa for me. you might try contacting her.

It can be done with a good attorney. INS looks carefully at such cases.

One of the obstacles is that you need to be sure that the new company can
pay your salary no matter what, no matter how bad business is.
