Default SHUSTERMAN'S IMMIGRATION UPDATE (November 2006)

Congress adjourned without passing comprehensive immigration reform. In the
meantime, H-1B visas

are unavailable, and employment and family-based immigrant visas are
backlogged for years. Visas

for nurses and physical therapists will become severely backlogged come
November. Is there hope

for ending the RETROGRESSION? We will inform you in our free, e-mail
newsletter which will be

e-mailed to our 46,000 subscribers on November 1st. If you are not already
a subscriber, you can
