A Shot in the dark !!
Does anyone know where I may be able to get my ADIT
photos done in Coventry (or somewhere else in the Midlands)
Or, what type of place I could phone to ask, ie would a local
photographer (or someone else) know what ADIT photos are ?
Thank you
Roger

Re: A Shot in the dark !!
Hi Roger,
I went to a place that does normal passport pics and showed them the INS instruction sheet. That worked like a charm and I got exactly the pictures I wanted.
I am not sure how familiar people are with the term ADIT photographs which might make it hard to find someone over the phone. I would think any place that does passport pics should work fine though since there is only a difference in pose and no special equipment needed.
My 2 cents =).

Use a normal passport photo-booth place (supermarket, post-office, you know - the
sort that are all over the place in the UK), just adjust your pose for the 3/4 style
view (etc, ear visible etc as per instructions). We did that for 3 people (1 K1 and 2
K2s), did lots of spares, and here in the US they were accepted just fine for our
greencards.

Hi Roger,
Do you have a Supasnaps anywhere near you? They have one of those cameras that takes
4 pictures at once. That's where I got mine done. I just looked 45 degrees to the
left to get the ADIT style and they were accepted OK.

Re: A Shot in the dark !!
Thanks for all your advice.
Is that it, passport booth or Supasnaps ?
It's made to sound so complicated and difficult to do.
Does anyone know what ADIT means, it sound like some
sort of abbreviation.

Since I am bored =). INS webpage lists a ton of acronyms, one being:
ADIT -- Alien Documentation, Identification and Telecommunication System
Not sure how that would relate to the pictures though =).

Yep, that's it. Use a light b/ground, get the pose right, home free.
