I am applying fresh(not transferring) to a new school, ie. I'll be
re-entering US. I have left(ie. been released) by my old school. Will
the new school know(thru SEVIS) that I have attended the old school? I
messed up in my old school and was academically dismissed. New school
asks only for institutions where a degree was attained, but NOT all
institutions attended.

Also what kind of problems will I face with BCIS? That is for failing
grade at previous school.

How soon after you were dismissed did you depart the United States? Were you allowed to withdraw, or did you just stop going?

I asked about 5 months, because for SEVIS, after 5 months of being out of the country or out of status, the count down begins anew.
