I was going to come back and ask that today, myself. I would like to know, too.

Hi everyone!
Well,I didn't get my GC back.
What happen, one might ask!!
The denial was not about my son's time in hospitals, nor my marriage, it was about my psychiatric and psychological treatment.
The consular officer said that after a year or even 18 months after the initial treatment I was supposed to go to the consular office and tell them my story. I failed to do that and they said my 2 years treatment was way too long.
The cônsul was Very friendly, my interview took two hours. He asked me a lot of questions, he called two people to help him with the decision. But in the end, he finally denied my SB-1.
I like to say thank you to everyone here.
Ohh btw, I also surender my GC too, because I am going to apply for a student visa, and I got all the information with them at the consular office. I am going to Flórida next Semester for a nursing career. They told me after my graduation if I can find a Job I can adjust my status and become a LPR again.
Thanks everyone!!

Yes boiler, they told me about that. And that is true. Also I was looking into Nursing long before I decided to go to the interview for my GC.
Now I have this decision to make. I might go for the Nursing carrrer or Physical Therapist, not sure yet.
I do have TOEFL 7.0 on all bands, which is more than enough to go to any University in America.
Thanks again!!!
