dear friends,
i have filed for a k1 for my fiance. If it is approved i would like to
request for a provisional file to be opened for my fiance at the US
consulate in hewr home country. Could anybody show me how the letter
looks like? i remember seeing a sample of this letter at this site.
please help me if you can.

Hi Kin, I request a provisional file to the Buenos Aires Consulate,
but I didn't wrote a letter. I've just send them an e-mail asking if
they are opening provisional files, so as to save time. They replied
asking me to go to the Consulate with the required documentation
(passport, birth certificate). If you can download the DS-230 part 1,
it's useful to complete it before, because they asked me to compete it
when I get to the Consulate.

Hey Kin, I forget to tell you that I requested the provisional file
BEFORE I got the approval of the I-129F. I think I opened it 3 months
before. Now, I can tell you that it saves me a lot of time.
