RIR -- questions
Hello,
I have 2 questions regarding the RIR process:
The immigration Liaison at work tells me that for the company to apply through the RIR process, there has to be at least 2 other open positions similar to mine in the group. Is this true? From what I have read, I did not find any reference to this requirement at all.
Is there a minimum salary that the employer needs to pay me for the labour certification to be approved?
Can someone please help me with these questions.
Thanks

The salary has to be at least the prevailing wage for the metropolitan region,
as determined by the State Labor Agency.
