Default Reporting illegal employment on G325a?

I am getting permanent legal resident through marriage to US citizen. I
have been working illegally to support myself since my J1 Visa expired.
I have always completed my tax returns, thus I have always paid taxes
and contributted to social security using my social security number.
Should I report my illegal employment on G325a?

I think that you should report. First, don’t ever lie to USCIS. Second, illegal employment and overstay are generally forgiven to spouses of the US citizens.

Never, EVER, lie to USCIS. This includes lying by omission.

Hi,

like other people have responded already - don't lie to USCIS.
However, and something you may want to be 100% sure about - You overstayed your visa, fine. But were subject to the 2 year Home Residency Requirement on your J1 visa?
If you were subject to the 2 yr HRR and you overstayed, then you might be up sh*t creek without a paddle even though you are married to a USC and adjusting your status through marriage. If this is the case I'd suggest you find good legal representation like yesterday already
