Removal of Conditions
Hi! I sent the I-751 to have conditions removed for my husband's
residency. This was sent to the TSC and I received my US Post Office
return receipt which was dated October 7, 2002. So far I have not
received any kind of receipt from the TSC. Just wondering if anyone
has any idea about the TSC time line for this kind of thing. I read
the post about someone who sent their I-751 to the CSC and received a
reply within days...I do understand that each Service Center has its
own time lines, but nevertheless this has made me quite nervous.
Thanks in advance for any and all answers. Mary

I am in the same boat, except that my application to TSC also included my 2
K2 kids. I received the US Post Office receipt, also dated October 7. On
Sat 19th the kids received their 1 yr extension letters and confirmation
that they were treated as dependents on my I-751 petition, the letters were
dated 10/10/02. But I have not received my extension letter either, same as
you. I know from reading other reports that this sometimes happens - the
dependents sometime receive their letters before the principal. The check
was cleared on 10/16. So I wait....
