Default removal of conditional status

good morning , has anyone got married to a usc , then got divorced before the 2 year conditional period is up , and then applied to have the conditional period waived ? what questions do they ask ? what evidence do they require? do they still remove the conditional status ?

Yes I did and was approved, no point asking what questions they ask really, because each interview if you have to attend is different.

As much evidence as you can get your hands on,photo's bills, joint accounts, insurance policys, life insurance, home ownership or rental agreement in both names etc

Nearly 2 years.
Yes I was interviewed, not every one gets called.

You will need to send in the divorce papers when you file the I-751 to prove that you are divorced and take the papers to the interview.

Yes they will ask you why you got divorced.

No they were not tough just very detailed and kind, I answered 100% truthfully and found the officer to be very pleasant.
