I know that in some contries the religious ceremonies are not recognized as legal
marriages. My fiance is from the Ukraine and we would like to be married in a
religious setting but I don't want to have to repeat the process in a civil ceremony
also. Does anyone know if the Government there recognizes the religious ceremony as a
legal marriage or not? Thank you for you help

Almost surely you have to do first the civil ceremony. Only religious is not legal as
you need some blood analysis like AIDS, TBC and/or venerian diseases.
