reg maternity leave in H1! Urgent
Hi all,
How many months maternity leave is allowed for h1 visa?.
Iam planning to get my h1 from h4 by this october. Is their any rule
that after getting visa we should work for atleast some months before
taking maternity leave .

if your H4 to H1 COS is approved you can be on maternity leave and can start job later.
Read FMLA
